 PAINTING

Painting is a skill or an activity of playing with colours on a paper or canvas or any other medium. The colours/pigments may be in dry form,wet form and paint form etc. Painting can be created with some creativity or imagination. It is also a practice of applying paint,pigment and colours on the surface. Paintings may have for their support surfaces such as walls,paper,canvas,wood,glass,lacquer,clay,leaf,copper,etc. Paintings can be of different types like naturalistic and representational photographic,abstract,emotional,symbolism,etc. 

Every painting has different motive for creation. Some paintings can be created for wall hanging,some for gifts,some for practice. In all-over the world all the paintings have its own features. There are many types of paintings in the world. Some are oil painting,acrylic painting,water colour painting,madhubani painting,spray painting,glass painting, texture painting,etc. Almost 50 types of paintings comes into existence till now. Painting is also the art of splashing colours with with the help of brushes in a certain way to create an art.

  1. ACRYLIC PAINTING

Acrylic Painting is that type of painting in which acrylic colours are used. The Acrylic paint consists of pigments in acrylic polymer emulsion. The pigments of of the paints are water soluble, hence water is used while painting. Acrylic Paint is the faster drying paints and it can be used in all Acrylic Paintings. Acrylic Paint is the faster drying paints and it can be used in all Acrylic Paintings. Oil Paints and Water Colours both are used in Acrylic Paintings. And it looks very different or unique.

Its Durability is very good. It's not fade as fast as time. Acrylics can be used on different surfaces like Paper,Canvas,Glass,Cloth,etc. The range of Acrylic Medium is high. Acrylic Paintings are best as it can modify the apparence,hardness,fleaxibility,textures and other characterstics of paint. 

Acrylic Paints are also used in Hobbies such as Trains,Cars,Houses,DIY Projects and Human models. Acrylics can be applied by the layers and mixed water colour in it to make the layers thick. 

Acrylic Paints are of two types i.e, Artist Grade Acrylics and Second Student Grade Acrylics.

Artist Grade Acrylic:-  Artist Acrylics Grade are professional grade acrylics that have most pigments and it is preferred by professional artists because it has more expensive as compared to student grade acrylics. 

Student Grade Acrylic:- Student Grade Acrylics are for beginners that have less pigments and it is affordable by all beginners of this field or those who wanted to learn something about Acrylic Paints. 

So, Acrylic Colours can be classified into two categories. Because of classification nobody faces any difficulty to found/brought it. It can be easily available in all markets.

Now, we are talking about when was first Acrylic Paint Launched?

So, Otto Rohm Invented Acrylic Resin,which was quickly transformed into Acrylic Paints. As Early as 1934, the first usable acrylic resin dispersion wasw developed by German Chemical Company BASF, which was prevented by Rohm and Haas. Acrylics were made commercially available in 1950's. 

 


 2. MADHUBANI PAINTING 

 Madhubani Painting is the most famous Art form of India. Madhubani Painting originated in the Mithila Region of Bihar. 'Madhubani' name can derive from their village i.e, Bihar. These paintings were painted by the artists hailing from his village. Madhubani Paintings are also regarded as Historian Paintings. It can be originated in the form of Wall Art. It mostly drawn at walls.

According to the Historian Study, the origin of Madhubani Paintings can be traced back to the Ramayana Era when Sita's Father, Raja Janaka request that a large number of  Artists should decorate the whole kingdom with his form of art during Sita's Wedding. That's Why,Madhubani Paintings are related to religious themes.

The Madhubani Paintings are mostly painted by fingers,matchsticks,pen nibs and natural dyes etc. These paintings can be drawn by the use of Geometric Patterns. Bright colours are considered for these paintings so that it can provide a better texture. 

In 1934, Madhubani  Paintings can be originated by the first time after the experienced of damaged of some historical walls of buildings due to the major Earthquack. and then British officer decided to recreate/rebuilt these walls by Indian Art Culture i.e, through Madhubani Paintings. The officer name was William G. Archer and he was the one that introduced this unique art to the people that reside outside Madhubani. 

These paintings are most used by womens. It can be drawn on mugs,kurtis,dupatta's,silksari boarders,wall hangings etc. Themes of these Paintings include fish,parrot,elephant,sun,moon,bamboo tree,lotus etc. This painting is very popular in India as well as in other countries like Japan,America etc. It is a type of Hand Made Paintings and Originated from Bihar State. This serves as an main employment of thew craftsman of Bihar.


3. GRAFFITI ART


This Art is also regarded as Historical Art in Ancient Times.It can be drawn to found any thing or about any person. This Art cannot be seen in Museums or Galleries.It's very rare to see this in Art Galleries. Because it can be drawn only at the side of the buildings or side of trains etc.But it looks good after making or completing it.It is also known as Street Art or Subway Art etc. It can be created mostly in other countries like New York,Japan,Europe,America,etc. In India, these type of Art is very rarely found. This Art is common in Japan and America. Surface of this Art includes Canvas,Walls,Subway Trains,Wastelands.Bill Boards etc.
It is also known by the name of Public Art. Most of the people's thought that it can be drawn or created for Attracting People or for showing Walls are Good\Beautiful. This Art also has its own history as related to its Origin. Where this type of Graffiti Art walls, peoples considered it as an Photography Walls or Streets and at that place Photo Shoots or Video Shoots are really Outstanding. But at some place,this is considered as an Criminal offense and it can be punishable. 
It has more techniques to create that type of Art i.e, through Tagging,Calligraphy,Stencil Graffiti (draw detailed picture of any piece or rapid creation of complex shapes),Blockbuster (blocky letters i.e, cover large area) Blockbuster can be Printed with Roller,which makes faster and easier to do. Wildstyle consists of Arrows,Curves,Spikes etc. A piece (short or masterpiece) is drawn by having at least three colours.

4. GLASS PAINTING


Glass Painting is very popular form of Painting. In today's world,this painting has its own value and demand. It is most demandable by customers. Glass Painting is a special kind of Painting which can be created on the surfaces of glasses,transparent glass,like glass bottles,glass mugs etc. Most of the Creative Painter\Designer\Art Crafter love glass painting and they can create it for different purposes. Various types of paint can be used to make glass painting which includes Acrylic,Enamel,Oil Based Paints and Glass Colours etc. These all materials of Glass Painting can easily available in Markets. And it is also affordable for beginners as well as for Artists of Glass Paintings.
Different types of designs,symbols,images,mediums,patterns etc. are usaed to make Glass Paintings. It looks unique after properly completed to explore or put our full efforts or skills into it. It can also be used to decorate items and for decorate show pieces that can be hanging at walls. 
Glass Painting can be originated or flourished during the 18th century in North America and Europe. The unique technique was introduced in India during the 18th century by Chinese Artists.
Glass Paintings are also created in the glasses of windows & doors of some Beautiful Buildings. This type of paintings have most beautiful effects when it puts in front of Sun Rays. It is considered as an Traditional Art form cause it is related as Folk Art Tradition.
Glass Painting is considered as a hobby of some peoples who loved to do that. Every Painting has its own demand and value in the market as according to the customer's preference. It totally depends upon their choice that what painting they loved most. 

5. DIGITAL PAINTING

Digital painting is an emerging art form in which traditional painting techniques such as watercolor, oils, impasto, etc. are applied using digital tools by means of a computer, a graphics tablet and stylus, and software.

In 1993, Digital Painting was first introduced. History of Digital Painting is comparatively shorter as other histories of Paintings. Before 1993, No colour Printing Press was inagurated but In, 1993, the very first Digital Colour Printing Press was inagurated for Colour Prints or Coloured Photographs etc. It was named Indigo.
Digital Paintings Inaguration was very benefited for all the peoples of Nation. It helps to grow Film Industry. It also provides an advantage to all Advertiser's,Graphic Designers,Film Makers,Photographer's etc. This type of paintings are most demandable in today's modern era. All peoples want something new something different and attractive as in daily life.Digital Painting can be Printed through the technique of Digital Printing. In Modern Era,youths has more carrier option in the field of Digital Painting. It is a better carrier option for all those modern generation youngster who have been interested in Computer and technical Skills and in Designing.

 Digital Painting Illustration includes Vector Illustration,Fashion Illustration etc. This Painting has utmost importance in Today's Modern World. People consider and want to make their Digital Art through Computer Designing or through Graphic Tablet. This painting is most valuable cause it helps to make any presentations of companies projects, used to make fashion illustrations, vector arts, slides of  school projects, and other digital works etc. 
For making these type of digital art, graphic designers used some softwares like Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Fresco etc. These are most important softwares that every graphic designer used. Without these softwares no digital painting is created.
